Upwards Entertainment presents a musical retrospective of one of the most beloved groups in American history, Charlie Thomas and his legendary Drifters, at the historic Brook Arts Center on October 26th at 8:00 PM.
The evening will feature live performances by the world-famous Derrick L. Baker and Marquis Wooten, both of whom had the incredible honor of sharing the stage with the incomparable Charlie Thomas.
The night promises to be filled with nostalgic and timeless hits like "This Magic Moment," "Under The Boardwalk," "Saturday Night At The Movies," "Up On The Roof," "Spanish Harlem," "On Broadway," "There Goes My Baby," "Save The Last Dance For Me," and "Shout."
Hosted at the historic Brook Arts Center - a Fun fact: When "There Goes My Baby" was recorded in 1959, the musicians didn’t show up, so they recorded the historic track using only their voices as instruments.
