The Fair Housing Act extends to all aspects of housing including sales, advertising, financing, rental, insurance, design, and construction. Many do not know much about their Fair Housing Rights. Topics covered will include: The Protected Classes, Reasonable Accommodations And Reasonable Modifications, The Source Of Income Protections, Assistance/Comfort Animals, What Is Not Protected Under The Fair Housing Act, Landlords And Section 8 or Other Vouchers, Exclusions To The Fair Housing Act, Criminal Background and Credit Checks, Who Enforces The Fair Housing Laws and How To File A Complaint, and more.
