Bridgewater Commons’ Center Court will be a celebration of spring at the “Easter Bunny @ The Commons”, presented by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, from April 5 to 19, kicking off two weeks of fun events.
On Saturday, April 5, the “Bunny Hop Launch Party” in Center Court from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. will offer music, face painting, balloon art, stilt walkers and more! Wear your bunny ears or pick up some at the party, free of charge. Then visit the Easter Bunny in a colorful springtime flower field for photos, with various packages available for purchase, as well as themed merchandise.
On Wednesday, April 9 and Wednesday, April 16 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., the center will welcome dogs and cats (wearing their finest bunny ears) to meet the Easter Bunny. Make reservations online to receive a keepsake photo with purchase. Disney Princesses will join the Bunny for a meet-and-greet, photos and autographs on Saturday, April 12 and Saturday, April 19 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Meet Snow White and Cinderella on April 12 and Moana and Little Mermaid on April 19. Purchases are not required for these free special events with the Princesses.
Also new for kids, the center will bring Easter magic to life with a “Hop n’ Hunt”, an interactive Augmented Realty (AR) scavenger egg hunt experience designed to create unforgettable moments. By simply scanning a QR code on the displays on the Easter set and throughout the mall with their own devices, guests can summon a virtual bunny onto their screens, read the clues, and hunt for all of the eggs at the center. Players will be entered to win a $500 shopping spree giveaway!
Easter Bunny @ the Commons will be held from 11 a.m. through 7 p.m. on weekdays; from 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. on Saturdays (from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 19) and 11 a.m. through 6 p.m. on Sundays. The Bunny will be in a colorful springtime flower field experience, a perfect backdrop for the high-quality, studio photo experience. Full-size digital images will be delivered instantly to customers’ mobile phones with the added opportunity to print high-quality, frameable pictures on-site and Easter photo merchandise.
