The end of a busy school year was marked by a day of parties and a parade at JFK Primary School.
Today was the last day of school for the students at John F. Kennedy Primary School. Several Raritan Borough Police and Fire Department members came to the school to send off graduating 4th-grade students.
The Raritan Borough Police Department also acknowledged Principal Joe Walsh, who walked with the 4th-grade students for the final time as he will be retiring in January after 19 years.
From the Raritan Borough Police, "We hope that the students and staff had a great year and we are certain they all look forward to having the summer off! From eating lunch with the students to participating in gym classes, our officers enjoyed being in the school on a daily basis. The officers developed positive relationships with students and staff alike and we look forward to seeing you again in September!"
