I was honored to attend the South Bound Brook Police Department Promotional and Hiring Ceremony this week. As your Assemblyman and the Assembly Public Safety and Preparedness Committee Chairman, I take special pride in the achievements of Chief Douglas LaGrua, Lieutenant Brandon Savitt, Sergeant Rashun Davidson, and the department's newest hire, Kimberly Vasquez. One can seek no greater service than public service to their community and its citizens.
