This weekend, Central New Jersey transforms into a rhythm-rich haven with the return of the Central Jersey Jazz Festival—two unforgettable nights of free live jazz, soul, community, and local flavor.
Saturday, September 13 – Flemington
Musicians, music lovers, and foodies gather at the iconic Hunterdon County Historic Courthouse (71 Main Street) starting at 5:00 PM, as dining, drinks, and a DJ set the tone. At 6:30 PM, emcee and WBGO-FM host Sheila Anderson welcomes the crowd. The Annette A. Aguilar & StringBeans Quintet will kick things off (6:30–7:50 PM), followed by a lively intermission featuring more DJ vibes, dining, and dancing. The evening climaxes with Kersten Stevens, “Queen of the Violin,” taking the stage from 8:20–9:50 PM.
