Culture Club: This Black History Month, the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum (SSAAM) presents "Meet Harriet Tubman

This Black History Month, the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum (SSAAM) presents "Meet Harriet Tubman," a special virtual performance by actor and educator Dr. Daisy Century of American Historical Theatre. 

For one night only, Dr. Century will portray courageous abolitionist and American heroine Harriet Tubman live on Zoom with audience Q&A.

Dr. Century considers Harriet Tubman her role model, someone who found freedom herself and fought to bring it to others. The brave Underground Railroad conductor who rescued more than 70 enslaved people once said "I never ran my train off the track and I never lost a passenger." As Harriet Tubman, Dr. Century takes each audience member along for this ride.
