Centenary Presents Gold Dome Award to NJ Business Leader Michael Lavery and 2 Others

Golden Award—Centenary University recently presented the Gold Dome Award—its highest honor—to two individuals and one business for their outstanding support of the University. Gold Dome recipients were, from left, Tal Ben-Shahar, Ed.D., director of the University’s Master of Arts in Happiness Studies; Erbach Communications Group, accepted by President Kristen Volkland; and business leader and former Hackettstown Mayor Michael B. Lavery, an attorney at Lavery, Selvaggi & Cohen. The recognition occurred at the annual Glitter & Gold Gala, which raised almost $115,000 for student scholarships.
