Last night, the Success Starter Program lit up with energy, promise, and purpose. Funded by The Coca-Cola Company, the initiative is designed to give women entrepreneurs more than just a head start—it equips them with the tools, training, and confidence needed to launch and grow their businesses.https://centralnj.dressforsuccess.org/

The evening marked a pivotal moment in the program: mentees were officially paired with their mentors. The room buzzed with anticipation as handshakes turned into partnerships, and conversations quickly blossomed into visions for the future. The atmosphere was one of hope and determination, with every introduction symbolizing not just guidance, but the potential for lasting impact.

Much of this success is thanks to the leadership of Linda Maria Soto, who has been instrumental in shaping the program’s direction, and to Jacqueline Fay, Mercer County Director, whose hands-on support ensured the mentor-mentee introductions flowed seamlessly. Together, they created an environment where women could feel both empowered and supported.
