Seven National Art Honor Society students at Bridgewater-Raritan High School won a place in an art publication book.

According to Art Teacher Sarah Nasson, the Advisor to Bridgewater-Raritan High School’s National Art Honor Society, the students participated in a competition over the past summer.

“The Celebrating Arts is a contest in which various art students from the United States get to submit their work, and some are chosen for high merit or top 10,’ Ms. Nasson explained.

The seven Bridgewater-Raritan High School students are:

  • Alina Massenzio, sophomore
  • Angela Gong, sophomore
  • Julia Li, sophomore
  • Kate Hinton, sophomore
  • Suza Lu, junior
  • Amalia Marquardt, senior
  • Camila Torres, senior

Ms. Nasson continued, “They have all gained a spot in the publication to have their art shown in the book and viewed not only by New Jersey residents, but everywhere in the country. With an extra congratulations to Amalia Marquardt, the National Art Honor Society is proud to have another Bridgewater-Raritan student with a high merit award in the contest.”
