As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, New Jersey is stepping into the spotlight as the Crossroads of the American Revolution. Communities across the state are marking this milestone with major July 4th celebrations and a full year of historic programming that brings our Revolutionary story to life.

⭐ July 4th Celebrations Across New Jersey
- Jersey City Fireworks & Tall Ships — Hudson County
Part of the national Sail4th 250 initiative, the New York–New Jersey Harbor will host an International Parade of Sail featuring more than 60 tall ships and 40 naval vessels, capped off with a massive fireworks display over the Hudson River. - Ocean City Pops Orchestra — Cape May County
Enjoy free patriotic performances at Carey Stadium on July 2 and July 4, including a drone show on July 2 and orchestral concerts both nights along the boardwalk. - Declaration of Independence Reading — Morris County
Head to Morristown National Historical Park at noon on July 4 for a public reading of the Declaration, a musket salute, and self‑guided tours of the historic Ford Mansion.
