Who Can Apply

  • Have a gross annual household income below the program’s income limits, listed on Page 3 of the application.
  • Complete and sign the program summary acknowledgment and the full application (Pages 1–4).
  • Submit all required documentation with the application. Applicants are not automatically accepted; applications are reviewed in the order received and approved based on funding availability.

If funding is exhausted, eligible households are placed on a waiting list and contacted when new funds become available.
