Warren Township Hosts Congressman Tom Kean and the winners of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition

On Tuesday evening, Warren Township had the honor of hosting Congressman Tom Kean and the winners of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition, along with their families.

The talented student artists represented communities from across New Jersey's 7th Congressional District, including three outstanding students from Warren Township. We are especially proud to recognize:

1. First Place: Kailee Gao for Allegiance
2. Runner-Up: Mia Li for American Spirit
3. Honorable Mention: Evelyn Linlang Ouyang for From Roots to Future

Warren Township thanks Congressman Kean for the opportunity to host this special celebration and congratulates all of the student artists, especially our three Warren Township winners, on their outstanding achievements.
