Montgomery Honors Purple Heart Recipients—Share Their Stories
Montgomery is taking a heartfelt step to ensure the sacrifices of our nation’s heroes are never forgotten. The township is calling on residents to help recognize and honor local Purple Heart recipients and their families through a special tribute: “Purple Heart in Our Community.”
The goal is to spotlight the brave men and women who have been wounded in service to our country and now call Montgomery home.
If you or a loved one is a Purple Heart recipient living in Montgomery, you're invited to be part of this meaningful effort. Share your story—or theirs—and help the community reflect on the courage and commitment behind every medal.
Not yet in touch with the Montgomery Veterans Memorial Committee? Don’t wait. Residents are encouraged to call Township Clerk Lisa Fania at (908) 359-8211, ext. 2240 by the end of July to get involved.
