Raritan Borough Property Revaluations Begin January 19

The Raritan Borough Police Department is advising residents that Professional Property Appraisers will begin conducting borough‑wide property revaluations starting January 19.

All appraisers will carry official employee identification badges. They are not solicitors, so residents are asked not to report them as such.

𝑾𝑯𝑨𝑻 𝑻𝑶 𝑬𝑿𝑷𝑬𝑪𝑻 𝑭𝑹𝑶𝑴 𝑨𝑷𝑷𝑹𝑨𝑰𝑺𝑬𝑹𝑺:
• Identification badges will be visible at all times
• Inspectors will wear recognizable attire
• Vehicles may be marked and/or logged with the Borough
• No portion of the inspection will require entry without your consent
• If no one is home, a notice will be left to schedule a follow-up visit appointment.
