North Plainfield Police Department is investigating an under-ringing/shoplifting at the CVS

The North Plainfield Police Department is investigating an under-ringing/shoplifting at the CVS self-checkout registers that occurred on February 14, 2024, at approximately 1:32 PM. The pictured individual selected several items and when she first approached the self-check an associate tried to assist her, but she walked away only to return to the self-checkout when the store employees were busy. 

She then rang up one of the items and left the store without paying for $46.96, worth of other items. Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to contact Det Sgt
