Resse Reimann has a bright future ahead for her on the soccer field.
Only a sophomore at Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Resse was just named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team for girls’ soccer.
This past fall, Resse, a center midfielder, collected six goals and four assists for Bridgewater-Raritan, which finished 6-11-2 in 2023.
Her coach at Bridgewater-Raritan, Sean Casey, believes that Resse has unlimited potential as she continues to grow as a player.
"Resse is a very humble and hardworking young lady who is very deserving of her accolades,'' Coach Casey said. "As a coaching staff, we are very proud of Reese's accomplishments but we also know she is hungry to improve as a player and contribute to the team's success in the future. We are looking forward to what the future holds for her."
“I was really excited when I heard I got the award,’’ said Resse, who hopes to play one day in college.
