ICYMI - Criminal Sexual Contact On Woman in Raritan Dollar Tree
The Raritan Borough Police Department announced the arrest of Dylan Wilson, 25, of Milford, who is charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Contact.
On September 4 th , 2024, Raritan officers were dispatched to the Dollar Tree on Orlando Drive. Officers were advised by the victim that a male had been following her around the store.
The victim stated that male walked past her and intentionally made inappropriate contact with her buttocks. This was later confirmed through surveillance footage.
Dollar Tree employees reported that approximately 20 minutes prior, the suspect had inappropriately touched another woman on her buttocks. The male had left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival.
Raritan detectives subsequently broadcast a surveillance picture of the suspect and he was identified as Wilson by the Greenwich Township Police Department.
On October 4 th , 2024, an arrest warrant was issued for Wilson and he was subsequently taken into custody at his residence by Raritan detectives, who were assisted by New Jersey State Troopers from the Kingwood Barracks. Wilson was taken to the Somerset County Jail pending a detention hearing.
