Somerset County's Commissioner Deputy Director Melonie Marano spoke to the Leadership Somerset 2025 class during their governmental-themed session on February 12, 2025. 

The Deputy Director, a graduate of the Leadership program, shared her experiences in office, the County's priorities and recent successes, her gratitude to all the hardworking staff across the County, and leadership advice - "Work with what you've got."

About the program: Every community becomes stronger when residents are informed, engaged, and care about bettering their live, work, and play spaces. hashtag#LeadershipSomerset helps build skills and support the development of emerging leaders through a series of seminars, workshops, and projects.
