Join RWJUH Somerset professionals for a demonstration of mobility exercises and strategies to increase movement into your daily life at the National Fitness Campaign Fitness Court at Arthur Lewis Park in Green Brook. Obtain health information and avail yourself to various screenings (i.e. balance and agility, etc.).
All participants will need to complete a waiver.

Walk with the Doc
Saturday, July 26
8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
Food Court at Bridgewater Commons Mall
Walk about 2 miles with RWJUH Somerset cardiologist, Steven Georgeson, MD and health-minded community members.
At the end of the walk, there is a 10 to 15 minute presentation on a topic relevant to heart health
and disease.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions.
