As the seasons shift, the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP) is offering a vibrant lineup of events designed to help local business owners, professionals, and community leaders connect, collaborate, and grow. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your network, engage in service, or celebrate community milestones, September is full of opportunities.

The month begins with the Monthly Members Meeting on September 10, a chance for members to stay informed and engaged with SCBP initiatives. Later that day, the Young Professionals Summer Social & Sip at the Bridgewater Marriott provides a relaxed setting to mix, mingle, and enjoy light bites with like-minded peers.

On September 11, SCBP’s young professionals are rolling up their sleeves for the National Day of Service at America’s Grow-a-Row, combining hands-on volunteering with giving back to the community through fresh produce distribution.

September also celebrates growth in business with the Ribbon Cutting for Costello’s Ace Hardware of Warren on September 12—an event that pairs community pride with refreshments.

Health and wellness are spotlighted on September 16 with the Healthier Somerset Networking & Meeting, uniting professionals dedicated to improving the well-being of Somerset County residents. Just a day later, September 17, the Business Happy Hour at AVE Somerset offers casual networking over drinks in a newly renovated outdoor space.

Rounding out the month, the Government & Community Affairs Roundtable on September 19 brings together business owners, nonprofit leaders, and public officials for thoughtful dialogue on advocacy and collaboration.

From professional development to community engagement, SCBP’s September calendar proves there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned business owner or a young professional just starting out, these events are a great way to connect, recharge, and invest in your professional journey this fall.
