Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Chief of Detectives Charged With DUI

SOMERVILLE, NJ — A senior official with the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office has been arrested following an incident over the weekend.

According to online court records, Chief of Detectives Francisco “Frank” Roman Jr. was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence on Saturday in Somerville.

Roman is scheduled to appear in Somerville Municipal Court, located at 100 Commons Way, Bridgewater, on April 6 at 2 p.m.
