NASA is inviting the public to be part of a milestone moment in human space exploration by registering as a Virtual Guest for the upcoming Artemis II launch—targeted for Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 6:24 p.m. ET.

Artemis II will mark NASA’s first crewed mission to the Moon in more than 50 years, paving the way for future U.S. missions on the lunar surface and the development of a sustainable Moon Base.

Aboard the powerful Space Launch System and Orion spacecraft, four astronauts—Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen—will embark on a 10‑day journey that includes orbiting Earth and traveling around the far side of the Moon before returning home.

What Virtual Guests Receive

Participants who register will enjoy:

  • Mission updates and behind‑the‑scenes insights
  • Curated resources and interactive opportunities
  • Two commemorative NASA Virtual Guest passport stamps (launch and splashdown)

Registration is free, and all activities are online. No in‑person or on‑center events are included.
