St. Ann Classical Academy Third Graders Explore History, Faith, and Community on Walking Field Trip

St. Ann Classical Academy’s third graders wrapped up a wonderful school year with a memorable walking field trip that brought their studies—and their sense of wonder—to life.

The day began with a stop to view a full suit of armor, a highlight for students who spent the year learning about knights and the Middle Ages. Seeing the armor up close offered a vivid connection to their lessons, turning classroom history into a tangible experience.

Students then visited the Shrine Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament for a quiet moment of Adoration, reflecting the school’s commitment to weaving faith into daily learning.

The outing ended on a sweet note with a stop at As You Like It Ice Cream Shop, where students enjoyed a treat before heading back to campus.

St. Ann Classical Academy continues to show how learning extends far beyond the classroom—inviting students to encounter history, beauty, and faith in the world around them.

A heartfelt thank‑you goes to Miss Stefanchik for planning the joyful adventure and to Mrs. Lee for accompanying the class and helping create lasting memories.
