Cake Decorator / Instructor/Program Director

Candyland Crafts -$30 an hour - Full-time, Part-time

The Cake Decorating and Chocolate Making Instructor will provide instruction at various levels for our classes, events, and parties. This position will also focus on developing program concepts and and marketing initiatives to enhance the depth and scope of our "school".

Specific Responsibilities

Provide instruction for various cake decorating events and classes. Instructor must be able to adjust their instruction based on skill level, age and type of event.
Take creative and entrepreneurial leadership to expand the depth and scope of our "school"
Help foster a positive environment and participant satisfaction
Be part of the creative team - assisting in developing new ideas and strategies to enhance our customers experience and store sales.
