ICYMI - Grand Opening of Kirby Village Apartments in Somerville, NJ

Somerville, NJ (June 16, 2026) – Community leaders, local officials, and development partners gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Kirby Village, one of Somerville's newest residential communities, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 during a ribbon-cutting ceremony that highlighted the property's modern amenities and welcoming atmosphere. Tenants have been living at Kirby Village since mid-2024 and have been singing its praises ever since. With the community at nearly 100% occupancy, it is quickly becoming one of the area’s most sought-after residential destinations.

Among the distinguished guests in attendance was Mayor Brian Gallagher, along with several township officials and community representatives. The event also welcomed many employees from TFE Properties and Hotels Unlimited, whose dedication and hard work helped bring the vision for Kirby Village to life.

Guests enjoyed a delicious spread of food while connecting with neighbors, local leaders, and project team members. Attendees were invited to tour one of the beautifully appointed townhome-style apartments and explore the community's impressive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, playground, and numerous additional features designed to enhance residents' lifestyles.
