HealthHike: A “Walk and Talk” on Stretching and Exercise Apparel

Join an RWJUH Somerset health care professional for a discussion on the importance of stretching pre and post exercise and the need for appropriate apparel to maximum performance. HealthHike walkers will take a walk around the mall as a group, log their miles, and receive information on stretches as well as coupons for exercise clothing. Includes a demonstration of stretches.
