The Bridgewater-Raritan High School ice hockey team is now 3-0 for the
first time since the 2013-14 season under third-year head coach Vincent Arnone.

After a pair of decisive victories to begin 2023-24, the Panthers ground out a thrilling victory
against the impressive, newcomer duo of North Hunterdon Regional High School and Voorhees
High School Friday, December 15, at the Rock Ice Center in Dunellen.

Despite a whopping 56 saves from Lions junior goalie Nate Rodrigues and a very early two-goal
lead by North Hunterdon / Voorhees (2-1, 1-1),

Bridgewater-Raritan (3-0, 1-0) rallied to take its first lead of the game on a pair of power-play goals both late in the second period by junior assistant captain Dylan Churpakovich. While the Lions scored with 1:04 left in regulation to force overtime,

Bridgewater-Raritan junior and team captain Sean Fagan (three goals, one assist)
capped off his hat trick with the walk-off, game-winner with 2:45 left in the extra period to send his team to an exciting 6-5 victory.
