Save the date: Run for Rare with Aubrie this May 2024

This non-profit started by two dedicated moms has grown to a national organization.

Third Annual Run 4 Rare 5K / 1K-Aubrie Rowland is 5-year-old Raritan resident attending Kindergarten at Milltown Primary School in Bridgewater, NJ. She was born with an ultra-rare Mitochondrial Disease, Leukoencephalopathy with Ovarian Failure (LKENP). This condition is terminal and has no cure.  The website: RUN 4 RARE 2024 | CureARS

This run is hosted by Aubrie's mom, Ashley Rowland who is the Co-Founder of CureARS.

​CureARS is a parent organization (founded by two moms) supporting families and funding research that could lead to life-saving treatments for their children and others affected.
