Join RideWise at the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey: Bridgewater Branch for a Bike Safety Course. This program includes how to properly wear a helmet, basic bike maintenance, bike signaling and scanning, as well as the laws, tips and tricks to stay safe while biking on and off the roads.
Participants can bring their bikes to participate in an optional bike safety course outdoors in the parking lot (weather permitting) after having a classroom experience of traffic safety skills.
This program is suggested for children in grades 3 and up, but is open to all ages of children who know how to ride a bike.
Saturday, March 9 from 11:00am - 12:00pm. Registration required.
