Somerset County residents looking for a meaningful way to support children’s health while staying active will have an opportunity on Saturday, March 7, when Life Time Bridgewater hosts Move for a Life Time, a workout‑based fundraising event benefiting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and the Life Time Foundation.
Beginning at 9 a.m., participants of all fitness levels can choose from a variety of classes ranging from 90 minutes to three hours. The event expands on Life Time’s popular Ride of a Life Time fundraiser by offering multiple ways to move beyond cycling, including yoga, strength training, dance, and specialty formats from Life Time’s signature programs.

The Life Time Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, partners with schools and youth‑focused organizations to improve nutrition, expand access to physical activity, and help build greener, more sustainable communities for future generations.
This year, Life Time aims to raise $1.5 million nationwide, with local proceeds supporting Children’s Specialized Hospital.
