Somerset County Summer 2026 - Firefighter 1 Classes Start May 26th

Somerset County Emergency Services Training Academy is hosting a Summer Firefighter One program that starts on May 26th. This course will run Monday through Friday, 8AM-4PM and students who complete this course will be NJDFS FF1 Certified. This course will cover topics such as Fire Behavior, Safety, Ladder Skills, Forcible Entry and much more. 

To take this course, you MUST be 18 years old at the time of registration, have a valid SCBA fit test and be affiliated with a Fire Department.
