Learn Cozy Winter Recipes at the Raritan Public Library

On Tuesday, February 10, the Raritan Public Library will welcome Nick Mietkowski, owner of Sunnyside Kitchen LLC, for a hands‑on winter cooking demonstration. Participants will learn how to prepare three comforting seasonal dishes: shakshuka, baked Brie, and bread pudding.

Small samples will be available so attendees can taste the dishes prepared during the session. Registration is required, as seating is limited.

The library notes that by registering, participants acknowledge responsibility for any food they choose to sample. While best practices will be followed and potential allergens will be identified, cross‑contamination cannot be fully guaranteed. Possible allergens include dairy, eggs, and wheat.
