Navigator Exchange Program at Center For Family Services - Residents who may be uninsured find help.
For residents who are uninsured, underinsured or about to lose health insurance coverage and seeking information or assistance with enrolling in a plan through GetCoveredNJ or NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid). Free 1-on-1 private sessions are available by appointment or walk-in.
Navigators can also help consumers learn about financial help through the GetCoveredNJ Marketplace, assist with Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare applications, and explain how to use health insurance benefits for newly-enrolled consumers.
Information is presented by state-certified Navigator staff from Center For Family Services, providing free, confidential and impartial services. Center For Family Services' Navigator Exchange Program is funded by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance and is not affiliated with any insurance company.
